| | | A) Approval of the Interlocal Agreement with the Housing Finance Authority of Clay County (HFA) addressing the County’s Contribution in the amount of $340,000.00 to the Developer, Kelli Grove Ltd., related to the construction of a low-income senior housing apartment community known as Kelli Grove. The Interlocal Agreement provides that HFA shall deliver the sum of $340,000.00 to the County which the County will use to provide the County’s Contribution to the Developer in exchange for a Note at the Closing. The terms of the Note will be secured by the mortgage on the Project given by the Developer to the County. After closing, the County will assign the Note and Mortgage to HFA.
