ratification by the Board for various warrants and disbursements in order
to meet the requirements of Ch. 136.06 (1) FL Statute. Acceptance and
disposal of various Board property and various documents are submitted
for the Board's information. At times, approval is requested for various
finance related issues.
4.Renewal Agreement for Stop-Loss Reinsurance (T. Nagle)

A)  Approval of the Renewal Agreement for Stop-Loss Reinsurance for FY 23/24 as provided in the attached proposal.  

B)  Additional approval for County Manager to sign the renewal agreement on behalf of the County.

5.RFP No. 22/23-74, Broker and Consulting Services for Employee Benefits (K. Smith)

A.) Approval to accept Staff's ranking and award to the top ranked Consultant, The Bailey Group/NFP for RFP No. 22/23-74, Broker and Consulting Services for Employee Benefits. Approval will be effective after the 72 hour protest period has expired.

Approval to post Notice of Intent to Award Bid No. 22/23-12, Clay County Jail 3rd Floor Renovation to Sauer Construction, LLC in the amount of $3,914,074.00. Approval will be effective after the 72 hour protest period has expired.

Approval of the Agreement for Groundskeeping Services of County Facilities with Challenge Enterprises of North Florida, Inc. beginning September 1, 2023 through August 31, 2024, in the amount of $101,650.00 annually.

A. COMP-0623-00006

This application is a Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the 2040 Future Land Use Map (FLUM). The applicant proposes to change a portion of a single parcel of land from IND (Industrial) to UC-10 (Urban Core-10). The remainder of the parcel acreage is already UC-10. This change will result in a single future land use category being applied to the entire parcel thereby making redevelopment as a multi-family use possible.

 

B. PUD-0623-00006

This application is a rezoning of a portion of the subject parcel totaling 13.51 acres from PS-2 (Private Services-2) and AR (Agricultural Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit Development).
