This application is a FLUM Amendment to change 7.54 acres from Rural Residential (RR) to Commercial (COM).

B.  PUD-0723-00009

This application is a Rezoning to change from Intermediate Business (BB), Neighborhood Business (BA), Private Services (PS-2) and Agricultural/ Residential (AR) to Planned Commercial Development (PCD).

This application is a Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the 2040 Future Land Use Map (FLUM). The application would change the Future Land Use (FLU) designation of a portion of one (1) parcel of land from RF (Rural Fringe)  to COM (Commercial).

 

B.)       ZON-0823-00020

This application is a Rezoning of one (1) parcel from BB (Intermediate Business District) and RA (Single-Family Residential District) to BB-4 (Heavy Business District).

This application is a Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment to change 3.82 acres from Rural Fringe (RF) to Industrial (IND).

This is a proposal by Sandricourt Farms, LLC, to amend 3,145 acres on the Future Land Use Map from AG, RR, IND, CO, and COM to Planned Community (PC) and to amend the Urban Service Area Map of the Comprehensive Plan to include this property.
