A committee consisting of the Deputy Director of Engineering, Project Manager of Engineering, and Grant Director performed the evaluation. The Consultant was evaluated for a maximum of 91 points. Each year the TPO requests that local governments submit their List of Priority Projects (LOPP) and their Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) for the coming year.

A. Adopt the recommendation list of the Clay County priority projects.

B. Adopt the recommendation list of the Clay County UPWP projects.

C. Authorize staff to apply for Grant opportunities that are related to any projects included on the TPO lists.

D. Authorize County Manager to execute related grant applications.
