to meet the requirements of Ch. 136.06 (1) FL Statute. Acceptance and
disposal of various Board property and various documents are submitted
for the Board's information. At times, approval is requested for various
finance related issues.

Approval to post Notice of Intent to Award Bid No. 23/24-110, Positive Pressure Ventilation Fans to Ten-8 Fire & Safety, LLC in the amount of $85,613.87.  Approval of award will be effective after the 72-hour protest period has expired.  Delivery date shall be by September 15, 2024.

A) Approval of the First Renewal to Agreement No. 2022/2023-253 for Staff Certifications and Training Software with Target Solutions Learning, LLC dba Vector Solutions in the amount of $50,901.25 for the term beginning on 10/1/2024 through 9/30/2025.

 

B) Approval of advanced payment for the annual maintenance and user fees.

Third Amendment to Agreement No. 2022/2023-66 for Security System and Video Surveillance System Upgrades with Miller Electric Company for the purchase and installation of CCTV/video surveillance/IP based Video Management Systems. This amendment allows for Security System and Video Surveillance System Upgrades at the County Administration Building and County Libraries in the amount of $355,744.45 to be completed on or before October 31, 2024.

Approval of Phase 2 Construction Managment at Risk (CMAR) Construction Agreement with D.E. Scorpio Corporation for the construction of the Economic Development Facility at the guaranteed maximum price (GMP) of 18,142,896.00. Final completion will be achieved no later than October 16, 2025.

The Consultants were evaluated and ranked based on a maximum of 91 points.  If desired, the Board may request presentations from the Consultants. Agreement will be negotiated and brough back to the Board for approval.
