The Bid received from Mowrey Elevator Company of Florida, LLC is over budget. Eletech Elevator Company and Guessford Elevator Services, LLC failed to provide the required Bid Bond. This failure is considered a material defect, and as such the Bid is to be rejected and declared No-Bid per the Purchasing Policy. Staff will immediately re-evaluate and re-advertise the Bid in an attempt to receive more competitive Bid submittals.
