Approval to accept staff's ranking of RFP No. 19/20-55 Access Control and Automatic Doors at the Clay County Administration Building and award to TNTSI, Inc. dba Security 101, in the amount of $268,697.89.  This retrofit will provide for a safer environment limiting frequently touched access doors by visitors and staff throughout the Administration Building.  Approval will be effective after 72-hour period of protest has expired.

Approval to accept staff's ranking of RFP No. 19/20-53, Air Purification System for Clay County Facilities HVAC Systems and award to the number one ranked company, Bill Williams Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc., at a cost of $337,157.00.  Installation of air purification systems will help to reduce bacteria and viruses in the air and on surfaces. Approval will be effective after 72-hour period for protest has expired.

VIDEO13.Request by Clay County Tax Collector for extension of 2020 Tax Roll prior to completion of Value Adjustment Board hearings (C. Grimm)
Tax notices must go out November 1, 2020 and the final action of the Value Adjustment Board (VAB) will not occur until after November 1, 2020. Therefore, the Tax Collector is requesting that the Board utilize the attached resolution to order the Clay County Value Adjustment Board, pursuant to Sections 197.323 and 193.122, Florida Statutes, to certify the assessment roll prior to completion of VAB hearings. See attached letter and resolution.

Approval of Local Agency Program Supplemental Agreement #2018/2019-58 with the State of Florida Department of Transportation for the improvements and construction of sidewalks and pedestrian bridges on Pine Avenue from Old Fleming Grove Road to Raggedy Point Road project. This supplement extends the term of the Agreement to for one year with an expiration date of October 31, 2021.  All other terms and conditions remain the same.

Approval of Second Supplemental Contract No. 2019/2020-81 with Mission Critical Partners, LLC. for County Emergency Communication Center (Call Center) Consultant Services.  This supplemental allows for a 60 day time extension until 12/8/2020 to allow time for the Sheriff to work with the consultant to review the Plan and recommend any changes to the Plan.
