		Representatives from Florida's First Coast of Golf will be providing an overview of FY20-21 marketing efforts.

		Update from Airstream Ventures on Sports Sales & Marketing efforts.

		12.	Florida Paddle Grant Application
		Florida Paddle is the state association for kayak enthusiasts. They plan various excursions throughout the state and encourage safe kayaking practices. They plan to do an excursion in January and are seeking grant funding. Their application doesn't fit our traditional event marketing grant model, but targets our eco-tourism market effectively and efficiently.

		Be aware of the following legislative issues potentially impacting Florida's hospitality/tourism industry: VISIT FLORIDA funding Vacation Rentals Liability Protection Liquor Laws - To Go Beverages Impacts of Amendment 2 passing - minimum wage
		15.	New Meeting Schedule
		In an effort to plan for the future, we would like to propose a 2021 meeting schedule. Proposed dates are: January 20, 2021 March 10 or 24, 2021 (Spring Break is March 15-19) May 19, 2021 August 18, 2021 October 20, 2021 November 17, 2021 Meeting time proposed to remain same at 3:30 pm at the Commissioners Board Room.


		Old Business


		16.	Fairgrounds Master Plan Update and Business Plan
		The Tourism team is still working with the Office of Management and Budget on the financial piece of this project. A meeting is scheduled in December to update financials and the entire Plan/project.
		17.	Visitor Center Update
		Finalizing details with municipalities. Orange Park - Finalizing location Green Cove Springs - Answering questions Keystone Heights - Finalizing location Penney Farms - Will wait until museum is complete Additional locations will be pursued once municipality locations are installed.
