On April 5, 2021 Walter Kloss, Seat #3 member of the Clay County Utility Authority Board, submitted his resignation.  Mr. Kloss thanked the Board for the opportunity to serve.
21.Acceptance of Resignation from Marina Mathews/Tourist Development Council
Marina Mathews, Citizen member of the Tourist Development Council (TDC), announced her resignation at the TDC's March 24, 2021 meeting.  Ms. Mathews thanked the Board for the opportunity to serve.
