3) Approval of General Fund (001) transfers from the Buildings and Grounds Maintenance Division to the Parks & Recreation Division for improved lighting at the Fairgrounds arena and staging area. 4) Approval of a transfer from Transportation Trust Fund (101) Contingency Reserves in the amount of $350,000 for road and shoulder improvements on County Road 209 from County Road 315B to Henley Road. This amount will bring budgeted amount up to the contract amount. Funding Source: 101-9901-599100 (Transportation Trust Fund / Reserve-Contingency)

1) Approval to post notice of intent and award Bid #20/21-36, CR 209 From CR 315B To Henley Road Shoulder And Safety Improvements to R. B. Baker Construction in the amount of $1,039,000.00.  Approval will be effective after the 72 hour period for protest has expired. 

2) Additional approval of the accompanying Agreement with R. B. Baker Construction is requested, with the project to be completed no later than 130 calendays from the initial purchase order/notice to proceed. Funding Source: 106-3701B-563000 (Transportation Trust Fund / FDOT LAP CR 209 From CR 315 / Infrastructure)

This is a proposed change to Policy 1.4.8 to add institutional uses in the criteria for urban infill and to exempt parcels with two land uses as of January 1 from the requirements.  This item was transmitted to DEO and reviewing agencies.  No comments or objections were received.
