1) Approval of the second amendment to Agreement #2019/2020-123 with the State of Florida, Department of Health, regarding the Paramedicine Agreement, to a) change to a fixed hourly rate vs. hourly rate based on employee and b) update total amount available for entire grant vs. per year amount, with all Agreement provisions not in conflict to remain in effect. The total not-to-exceed amount of the grant is now $394,574.00 in lieu of the original $197,247.00 amount, effective 7/1/2021 through 8/31/2022.
