Approval of the First Amendment to Contract # 2020/2021-103 with the State of Florida, Department of Juvenile Justice (SWEAT Program), renewing the Contract for a term through 6/30/2022. The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the the Contract Term and allow for execution prior to expiration of the current Contract.  For Renewal Amendment 1, the Contract must be renewed at the same terms.  A Second Amendment is forthcoming which will reduce the funding amount to align with the appropriated amount for FY 21/22 budget.  Funding Sources: 001-334718 revenue and 001-4110-531000 expenditure.

Amendment allowing for an extension to State of Florida Department of Economic Opportunity Grant Agreement # 2019/2020-200 for the Northeast Florida Multipurpose Youth Sports Complex. The Amendment allows for a one year extension to June 30, 2022, for the expenditure of the State's $3,000,000 portion of funding which will align with the time frame for expenditure of the County's $3,000,000 match as provided for in the Agreement.

Thomas Parham D-4 and Robert Dews D-4 At-Large have submitted resignations from the Historic Preservation Board to be effective on July 1, 2021 at the end of their terms.

 

At-Large Member Maureen Jung has moved which will require her to be reclassified from an At-Large D-3 member to an At-Large D-5 member.
