Approval to accept staff's ranking and select the number one ranked contractor for RFQ #20/21-44, Contractor for Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services for the Bonded Transportation Program (BTP) Group #1 Projects: Project #3 – Russell Road (CR 209) from Peter’s Creek Bridge to Sandridge Road and Project #4 (A&B) – Sandridge Road (CR 739 B) from Henley Road (CR 739) to West of Russell Road (CR 209). Approval will be effective after the 72 hour period for protest has expired.

A committee consisting of the Engineering Director, Program Administrator, and Development Services Director has performed the evaluation and ranking, if desired, the Board may request presentations from the contractors.  Amounts are to be negotiated.  Funding Sources: (Bond Construction Fund / Infrastructure Accounts): 320-6101-563000 (CR 209-CR 315B - Sandridge) and 320-6102-563000 (Sandridge - Henley - CR 209)
