Approval of the Second Amendment to Agreement #2020/2021-103 with the State of Florida, Department of Juvenile Justice (SWEAT Program), reducing the funding amount, for the period of 7/1/2021 - 6/30/2022, from $485,000.00 to $377,500.00 to align with the Legislative appropriation. This results in a FY 21/22 funding amount of $135,000.  Funding Source: 001-4110-531000

1) Approval to post notice of intent and award Bid No. 20/21-42, Paul C. Armstrong Park Drainage Improvements to XGD Systems, LLC, in the amount of $239,959.00. Approval will be effective after the 72 hour period for protest has expired.

 

2) Additional approval of the accompanying Agreement with XGD Systems, LLC is requested. The invitation was sent to 23 Contractors with 9 attending the pre-bid meeting. XGD Systems, LLC is located in Stuart, Florida.  Funding Source: 001-3201-563000
