Bailey, Inc., regarding repairs and renovations to Fire Station #13, increasing the agreement amount by $7,167.00 and extending the project completion date until 8/27/2021 and 2) the Second Amendment to Agreement #2020/2021-141 with Anderson Restoration & Emergency Services, LLC, regarding repairs and renovations to Fire Station #17, increasing the agreement amount by an $10,004.49 and extending the project completion date until 8/27/2021.

Approval to accept staff’s ranking and select the number one ranked firm for RFQ NO. 20/21-54, Clay County Brownfield Program and authorize staff to begin negotiations with the top ranked firm. Approval will be effective after the 72 hour period for protest has expired.

B) Kasper Architecture & Development, Inc. = 84.67 ranking

C) MLM - Martin Architects, Inc. = 85.67 ranking
