Hane) | | | 1) Approval of the Interlocal Agreement with the School Board of Clay County, Florida for use of Clay County's Radio System, for a term of five years, with user fees to be decided by Clay County via three options presented to the School Board as follows: a) Option 1: Zero cost, b) Option 2: Subscriber/maintenance/operations cost @ $65,304.60 annually, c) Option 3: option 2 cost (inclusive) plus proportional infrastructure @ $174,504.60 annually.
2) Consideration of renewal terms. Purchasing Policy only provides for two one-year renewals while this Agreement stipulates two five-year renewals.
