1) Approval to post Notice of Intent and award Bid No. 20/21-63 Historic Courthouse Restoration to E. Vaughan Rivers, Inc., in the amount of $516,630.00, for the repair and restoration of the exterior facade, roof, and structural roof repairs of the Historic Courthouse located at 915 Walnut Street.  Approval will be effective after the 72 hour period for protest has expired. 

 

2) Additional approval of the accompanying Agreement with E. Vaughan Rivers, Inc. is requested, for the term of 70 calendar days from the notice to proceed date.

2) Additional approval of the accompanying Agreement with Superior Construction Company Southeast, LLC is requested, for the term of 150 calendar days from the issuance of the notice to proceed. Funding Source: 101-3701A-563000

LDC-2021-06 is a proposed text amendment to Article XII changing the size limit in acreage for a Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment application.
