(1) Approval to enter into the State Aid to Libraries Grant Agreement with the State of Florida, Department of State, Division of Library and Information Services, covering the period from October 1, 2019 through June 30, 2022, with an estimated grant amount of $77,339.00.  There is no match associated with this grant;

 

(2) Additional approval of the accompanying Certification of Hours, Free Library Service and Access to Materials.

VIDEO16.Agreement with Strollo Architects, Inc., Regarding Professional Architectural Services for Jail Renovations (K. Smith)

Approval of Agreement with Strollo Architects, Inc., regarding professional architectural services for renovations to the Clay County Jail to provide secure inmate housing space and maximize the number of additional beds, in the amount of $331,200.  Term for design services is 3 months. 

Funding Source: ARPA Fund – Jail Renovations – Buildings

Approval to accept staff's ranking of RFQ #21/22-9, Continuing General Engineering Consulting Services for Planning and Design and award to the top three firms: WGI, Inc., GAI Consultants, and  Jones Edmunds. Approval  will be effective after 72 hour period for protest has expired.

Approval of Agreement for Professional Design Services for Co-Located Communications Center with Architects Design Group/ADG, Inc., in the amount that shall not exceed the $148,210.00 for Phase I services.  Phase I shall consist of Site Analysis, Detailed Spatial Needs Assessment, Conceptual Site Planning and Architectural Master Plan, and Conceptual Design. The Consultant shall complete Phase I services within four (4) months. Funding Source: CIP Fund – E911 Consolidation - Infrastructure

Approval of 1) the Agreement with Stripe, Inc., regarding certain payment processing, data, technology and other services related to the County's processing of pet adoptions and 2) authorization for the County Manager to accept the terms of the Agreement, for a term to continue until terminated by the County or Stripe, Incorporated.

Four of the Planning Commission terms are expired and are up to be filled.  The following four Planning Commission members are seeking reappointment:

In addition to those, an application was received for Brian Kraut.

23.Discussion of Appointments to the Lake Asbury Citizens Advisory Committee
As provided for in Section 12-10(1)(e) of the Land Development Code, the Lake Asbury Citizens Advisory Committee wishes to proceed with the formation of its Committee and with the appointment of up to 10 members to serve on the Committee.
