This is language that amends the powers and duties of the Board of Adjustment to clarify that they have no authority to address land use issues.

LA TRA  Policy 1.1.3 includes reference to the Lake Asbury Adequate Public Facilities (APF) fee.  The BCC adopted the mobility fee that addressed the financial system referenced in the policy, including financing many, but not all. of the APF roadways.  This change to the policy addresses the construction costs of the entire APF system.
