VIDEO1.Award of Bid No. 21/22-55, CCSO Jail Elevators Modernization (K.Smith/G.Price/T.Saunders)

Approval to post notice of intent and award Bid No. 21/22-55, CCSO Jail Elevators Modernization to Mowrey Elevator Company of Fl, Inc. in the amount of $112,500.00.  Approval will be effective after the 72 hour protest period has expired.

 

2) Additional approval of the accompanying agreement with Mowrey Elevator Company in the amount of $112,500.00.  The Contactor shall accomplish final completion within 150 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed Date. 

 

Funding Source: Sheriff - Countywide Fund - Buildings - Jail / Law Enforcement - Repairs and Maintenance 

VIDEO2.Award of Bid No. 21/22-56, Roll Off Container Service (M.Towns)

Approval to post Notice of Intent and award Bid No. 21/22-56, Roll Off Container Service, to United Site Services of Florida, LLC at the unit prices listed. Approval will be effective after the 72 hour period for protest has expired.

VIDEO3.Award of Bid No. 21/22-58, EMS Medical Supplies (K.Smith/C.LeRoy)

Approval to post Notice of Intent and Award Bid No.21/22-58, EMS Medical Supplies, to multiple vendors based on a per item cost and availability as outlined on the attached spreadsheet.

 

Additional approval to continue the Purchasing Policy Waiver as it relates to purchase of medications and supplies.  This waiver is requested as a result of on going issues related to availability, shortages, cost fluctuations, packaging, etc.     

 

Both approvals requested above will allow staff the flexibility to purchase from other vendors based on price and availability. Approval will be effective after the 72 hour protest period has expired.

 

Funding Source:75% Rescue Services - General Fund - Operating Supplies

25% Fire Control MSTU - Fire Control MSTU Fund - Operating Supplies 

 

VIDEO4.Second Amendment to Development Agreement with St. Johns Classical Academy, Inc. 2017/2018-130 AM2
Approval of Second Amendment to Development Agreement No. 2017/2018-130 AM2 with St. Johns Classical Academy. This Amendment releases St. Johns Classical Academy from the requirements set forth in Sections 2, 3, and 4 of the Agreement based on the finding from the Traffic Study that the additional road construction improvements were not warranted.
