Approval to Award Bid No. 21/22-42, CCSO Jail Air Handler Replacement ARPA Project to STG Contracting Group in the amount of $1,064,000.00. Approval will be effective after the 72 hour protest period has expired. 

 

2) Additional Approval of Accompanying Agreement with STG Contracting Group is requested.  The Agreement is in the amount of $1,064,000.00, the Contractor shall achieve Final Completion of the project no later than 730 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.  

 

Funding Source: ARPA Fund-Jail Improvements-Buildings

Approval to post notice of intent and award Bid No. 21/22-55, CCSO Jail Elevators Modernization to Mowrey Elevator Company of Fl, Inc. in the amount of $112,500.00.  Approval will be effective after the 72 hour protest period has expired.

 

2) Additional approval of the accompanying agreement with Mowrey Elevator Company in the amount of $112,500.00.  The Contactor shall accomplish final completion within 150 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed Date.
