VIDEO1.Rejection of Bid Submittal for Bid No. 21/22-40, Clay County Jail 3rd Floor Mezzanine Projects (K. Thomas/G. Price/T.Saunders)
Approval to reject bid received from Hager Construction for Bid No. 21/22-40, Clay County Jail 3rd Floor Mezzanine Project.  The bid received is over budget.  Staff will re-evaluate the project and re-bid at a later date. 
VIDEO2.Award of RFQ No. 21/22-53, Courthouse Access Security System Upgrade (ARPA Project) (K.Smith/D.Hane)

Approval to accept staff's ranking and selection of the number one ranked firm for RFQ No. 21/22-53, Courthouse Access Security System Upgrade ARPA Project to Miller Electric Company and allow staff to begin negotiations. Approval will be effective after the 72 hour protest period has expired.  Final contract will be submitted to the Board for final approval.

2. A3 Communications Inc. = 82.00

3. Mobile Communications America, Inc = 68.00

4. ADT Commercial, LLC = 66.67

5. Birdi Systems, Inc. = 59.33

 

A committee consisting of the ACM - T. Nagle, Judicial Security Unit from the Clay County Sheriff's Office, and the Director of Management Information Systems performed the evaluation and rank of the responses received.  If desired, the Board may request presentations from the firms.

Approval of the Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP) and the accompanying Resolution (Exhibit E), for submittal to Florida Housing, for a term of three fiscal years.

 

VIDEO4.Funding Agreement between Clay County and Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) for Fiscal Year 22-23 (T.Nagle/V.Hapner)

Approval of Funding Agreement with Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) for Fiscal Year 22-23  in the amount of $881,869.00. This funding Agreement for Fiscal Year 22-23 includes the following services: Red Line, Blue Line, Magenta Line, Green Line, Transportation Disadvantaged Program, and Express Select along with In Kind, Maintenance, and JTA Services.   This approval is pending approval of FY 22/23 Budget approval.

VIDEO5.Second Renewal to Agreement Related to Landfill Maintenance with Erosion Control Seeding & Mulching 2017/2018-149 RN2 (M.Towns)

Approval of the Second Renewal to Agreement No. 2017/2018-149 with Erosion Control Seeding & Mulching, Inc., at the unit prices listed in Exhibit A of the original agreement which will renew the Agreement for an additional one year term from 10/01/2022 to 9/30/2023.
