Approval to accept the Auditor Selection Committee's evaluation and scoring of the submittal received from James Moore & Co., P.L. for RFQ No. 21/22-22, Professional Auditing Services.

A Selection Committee consisting of Commissioner Renninger, Clerk Green, Sheriff Cook, SOE Chambless, and Tax Collector Hutchings. performed the evaluation, several representatives served as Advisors.   If desired, the Board may request a presentation from the firm. The Committee will begin contract negotiations after the award.

VIDEO12.RFQ No. 21/22-57, CMAR Services for the Florida Department of Health, Fleming Island Facility Renovation (ARPA Project) (K.Smith/G.Price)

Approval to accept staff's ranking and selection of the number one ranked firm for RFQ No. 21/22-57, CMAR Services for the Florida Department of Health, Fleming Island Facility Renovation (ARPA Project) to D.E. Scorpio Corporation DBA Scorpio. After award staff will negotiate the terms of the Agreement and bring such Agreement back to the Board for approval.  Approval will be effective after the 72 hour protest period has expired.

A committee consisting of Emergency Preparedness Coordinator for the Health Dept, Deputy Director of Facilities, and the Building Director performed the evaluation and rank of the responses received.  If desired, the Board may request presentations from the firms. Agreement terms are to be negotiated.

Approval of Agreement for Professional Engineering Services for Stormwater Modeling and Vulnerability Assessment with Jones Edmunds & Associates, Inc. in the amount of $1,677,960.61. Eight separate task are identified in the Agreement.  Overall project will be completed by June of 2024.

Minutes from each public meeting as well as all comments received are included as an Appendix to the final plan.
