Approval to accept staff's ranking and selection of the number one ranked firm Walker Architects for RFQ No. 21/22-66, Design Services for Clay County Building/Economic Development Services Facility.  Approval will be effective after the 72 hour protest period has expired.

2. RDB Design Associates, Inc. = 90.00

3. Bhide & Hall Architects = 87.38

4. Silling Architects, Inc. = 79.33

 

A committee consisting of the ACM Nagle, Building Director, and Construction Manager performed the evaluation and rank of the responses received.  If desired, the Board may request presentations from the firms. Contract negotiations will take place after the award.  Full proposals are available in the Purchasing Department for review.

Approval of the Second Amendment to the Fairgrounds Lease Agreement with Clay County Fair Association Agreement No. 2018/2019-79-AM2.  This Amendment modifies the First Amendment which addressed a Capital Project known as the Restroom Facility Project and acknowledges that no credit is due for this project, all standard rental fee s will apply.
