The Division of Emergency Management is requesting the Board’s adoption by Resolution and Promulgation of the 2022 Clay County Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP).
VIDEO21.Agreement for Clay County Tax Collector Middleburg Office Buildout Project (K. Smith)
Approval of the Agreement with STG Contracting Group, Inc. for the Clay County Tax Collector Middleburg Office Buildout Project in the amount of $699,000. Final completion date for the project is March 13, 2023.  The Tax Collector will relocate from the Bear Run Office to new space located in Middleburg.  The County's involvement with the Project will include financial oversight and project management.   Funding Source: CC1150 Building Maintenance - Buildings

Text amendment to LA FLU Policy 1.4.10 of the Clay County Comprehensive Plan, to exempt Lake Asbury Village Centers which are less than 10 acres in size from the quantification of uses set forth in the Policy.
