This is an information only update on the proposed changes to the Tree Protection and Landscape Standards to incorporate Florida Friendly principles, mitigation fees and penalties for clearing without an approved landscape plan.  Staff is continuing to work with CCUA and the SJRWMD regarding water conservation strategies.

Approval to participate in the Cooperative bid for Unleaded Gasoline, #2 Undyed Diesel and Dyed Diesel Fuel bid issued by the Clay County School Board and awarded to Gate Fuel Service. The term is for three (3) years with the option to renew for an additional three (3) year contract period. Funding Source:  FD1000-CC1206-552032

VIDEO13.Bid No. 21/22-73, Demolition, Removal, and Disposal Services for the CDBG - DR Voluntary Home Buyout Program (J. Ward)

Approval to post the Notice of Intent to Award for Bid No. 21/22-73, Demolition, Removal, and Disposal Services for the CDBG-DR Voluntary Home Buyout Program to B&M Land Construction, Inc. in the amount of $147,644.00. Approval of award will be effective after the 72 hour protest period has expired.

This application is a zoning code change to Article III, Section 3-33 Planned Unit Development (PUD). The application would limit the number of residential dwelling units on lots narrower than fifty (50) feet to no more than twenty percent (20%) of the total number of residential lots in the PUD.
