A.) CPA-2022-19

This application is a Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the 2040 Future Land Use Map (FLUM). The application would change the Future Land Use (FLU) designation of two (2) parcels of land from Urban Core-10 to Urban Core-16.

 

B.) PUD-2022-11

This application is a Rezoning of two (2) parcels from AR (Agricultural Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit Development).

A. CPA-2022-20

  This application is a Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the 2040 Future Land Use Map (FLUM). The application would change the Future Land Use (FLU) designation of one parcel of land from Rural Fringe (RF) to Commercial (COM).

 

B. PCD-2022-12

  This application is a rezoning of the subject parcel from Agricultural/Residential District (AR) to Planned Commercial Development District (PCD).
