VIDEO1.Public Hearing to consider Application BOA 0323-0006; Variance to Section 3-33A.II.2.f.ii.F of the County Land Development Code

Variance to the Clay County Land Development Code, Article III, Section 3-33A.II.2.f.ii.F.to increase the maximum front setback from 25 feet to 105 feet on a parcel in the Branan Field Master Plan Community, Village Zone district. 

VIDEO2.Public Hearing to consider Application BOA 0323-0005; Variance to Section 3-16(b)(2) of the County Land Development Code.
Variance to the Clay County Land Development Code, Article III, Section 3-16(b)(2) to allow the placement of an accessory dwelling unit in the side yard in the RA zoning district.
VIDEO3.Public Hearing to consider Application BOA 0323-0004; Variance to Section 3-33 B.B.3.e.vii of the County Land Development Code.

Variance to the Clay County Land Development Code, Article III, Section 3-33 B.B.3.e.vii. to allow the placement of an accessory structure nearer to the front property line than the front of the principle building.
