3.Finance Business
The Finance Department business is submitted to request approval and
ratification by the Board for various warrants and disbursements in order
to meet the requirements of Ch. 136.06 (1) FL Statute. Acceptance and
disposal of various Board property and various documents are submitted
for the Board's information. At times, approval is requested for various
finance related issues.
4.Bid No. 22/23-41 Mowing Services for Parks and Recreation (J. Pierce)

Approval to post Notice of Intent to award Bid No. 22/23-41, Mowing Services for Parks and Recreation to Florida Lawn Medics, LLC. in the amount of $242,125.50. Approval will be effective after the 72 hour protest period had expired.

Approval of Budget Resolution amending the FY22/23 budget necessary for College Drive project bid over budget, tortoise relocation in Gun Range project, turn lanes for Regional Sports Complex, HVAC controls at EOC, workers comp expenses reimbursed from funds outside General Fund and tax collection commissions.

6.Interlocal Agreement with Clay County Utility Authority regarding Road Work and Utility Work for a Portion of the College Drive Improvement Project (R. Smith/C. Grimm)

Approval of Interlocal Agreement with Clay County Utility Authority regarding Road Work and Utility Work for a portion of the College Drive Improvement Project.

7.Supplement to Local Agency Program Agreement No. 2019/2020-40 with the State of Florida Department of Transportation for Design, Construction, and CEI of SR 23/Frontage Access Roads (R. Smith)

A.) Approval of the Supplement to Agreement No. 2019/2020-40 for Design, Construction, and CEI for SR 23 / Frontage Access Roads from Trail Ridge Road to Oakleaf Plantation Parkway with the State of Florida Department of Transportation, extending the Agreement until June 30, 2027.  

 

B.) Additional approval of resolution for entry into Supplemental Agreement and delegation of Authority to the County Manager. 

8.Supplement to Local Agency Program Agreement No. 2019/2020-201 with the State of Florida Department of Transportation for CR 220 Improvements (R. Smith)

A.) Approval of Supplement to Agreement No. 2019/2020-201 for CR 220 Improvements from SR 21 to West of Henley Road with the State of Florida Department of Transportation, extending the agreement until June 30, 2027.  

 

B.) Additional approval of resolution for entry into Supplemental Agreement and delegation of Authority to the County Manager.

11.Sole Source purchase of an Ion Mobility Spectrometer from 908 Devices (D. Motes)

Approval of Sole Source purchase of an Ion Mobility Spectrometer from 908 Devices in the amount of $72,473.94.

Presentations regarding RFP No. 22/23-24, Solid Waste Transfer Stations - Operation, Transport, and Disposal. Contractors have been requested to provide a 5-10 minute presentation. Presentations will be given in alphabetical order. Following presentations, the Board will conduct a final ranking.

A committee consisting of Facilities Director, Environmental Services Director, and Recycling Coordinator performed the initial evaluation and ranking of the responses.
