Approval of the Amendment to Agreement No. 2021/2022-129 with Island Outdoor Management, Inc. for Stormwater Pond Mowing adding additional locations and beginning October 1, 2023, including the month of March to the annual schedule.  Amendment increases the annual cost from $53,514.90 to $79,868.61.

This is a County initiated amendment to Article XII of the Land Development Code to shift the duties of the Board of Adjustment to the Planning Commission.

Please note that there have been four applicants for the vacant Board of Adjustment positions subsequent to the continuance and these are included in the below agenda item.
