This Open-House Public Meeting will take place on October 18, 2023, in Keystone Heights, and is in regards to park update plans for Mike Roess Gold Head Branch State Park. disposal of various Board property and various documents are submitted
for the Board's information. At times, approval is requested for various
finance related issues.
7.Single/Sole Source Purchase Authorization for Election Systems and Software, LLC (C. Chambless)

A) Approval of sole source purchase with Elections Systems & Software, Inc. (ES&S) for the purchase of voting equipment as further described in the attached sales order in the amount of $942,975.00. 

B) Approval of partial Advance Payment.

C) Authorization for the Chairman to sign the attached letter regarding the Sole Source Purchase.

Approval of the Lease Agreement with Urban Jacksonville, Inc., d/b/a Aging True Community Senior Services, for the lease of the following properties, for the term of 10/1/2023 through 9/30/2024, with the lessor paying $1.00 per year as rent.

Approval of the FY 23/24 Funding Agreement with Urban Jacksonville, Inc., d/b/a Aging True Community Senior Services, to provide essential services to the older population of Clay County, for the term of 10/1/2023 - 9/30/2024, in the amount of $588,784.00.

A) Approval to execute Grant Agreement between the County and Northeast Florida Regional Council (NEFRC) in the amount of $62,000 to purchase a pediatric simulator to provide training for Clay County and other Emergency Medical Service agencies in the region.
