VIDEO1.Public Hearing to consider Application BOA 23-0024; Variance to Sec. 6-8(5)(d) of the County Land Development Code.

Variance to the Clay County Land Development Code, Article VI, Sec. 6-8(5)(d)  to waive the requirement for canopy trees within 10 feet of the property line and spaced no more than fifty feet apart along the western boundary of the property.
