3.Approval of Minutes for May 15, 2019 TDC Meeting
The May 15, 2019 TDC Minutes were approved by the TDC at their August 21, 2019 meeting.
4.Finance Business
The Finance Department business is submitted to request approval and ratification by the Board for various warrants and disbursements in order to meet the requirements of Ch. 136.06 (1), Fl Statute. Acceptance and disposal of various Board property and various documents are submitted for the Board's information. At times, approval is requested for various finance related issues.
5.Request by Clay County Tax Collector for Extension of 2019 Tax Roll prior to completion of Value Adjustment Board hearings
Tax notices must go out November 1, 2019, and final action of the Value Adjustment Board (VAB) will not occur until after November 1, 2019. Therefore, the Tax Collector is requesting that the Board utilize the attached resolution to order the Clay County Value Adjustment Board, pursuant to Sections 197.323 and 193.122, Florida Statutes, to certify the assessment roll prior to completion of VAB hearings. See attached letter and resolution.

Approval of advance payment and authorization to piggyback Cobb County, Georgia Contract #18220 with Kronos Incorporated, for the purpose of activating this first renewal of Clay County Agreement #2018/2019-46 (Telestaff software support services), for a term of one year, at the price of $8,550.14. 7.Environmental Services Fiscal Year 2019-20 Fee Schedule

Approval of the following changes to Environmental Services' Fee Schedule for the Fiscal Year 2019-2020: 1) adjust tipping fees for passenger and off road tires, and 2) add out-of-county tipping fees for Class I garbage, construction and demolition debris, yard waste, and tires to become effective upon final adoption of ordinance. 8.Second Renewal of Agreement #14/15-164 with Zabatt Power Systems, Inc.
Approval of the Second Renewal of Agreement #14/15-164 with Zabatt Power Systems, Inc. for generator maintenance services, for a term of one year, at the price of $43,712.50. 9.RFQ #18/19-36, Continuing Services Contract for Architectural Services

Approval to accept staff's ranking of RFQ #18/19-36, Continuing Services Contract for Architectural Services and award to the two (2) top ranked firms, Dasher Hurst Architects as Primary and Bhide & Hall Architects as Secondary. Approval will be effective after 72 hour period for protest has expired.  Bid submittals are available in the Purchasing Division for review.

10.LAP Agreement and Resolutions Regarding CR209 Construction (CR315B to Henley Road)

Approval of the Local Agency Program (LAP) Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), the accompanying Participant Resolution and Budget Resolution, regarding the construction of CR209 (from CR315B to Henley Road), with a term commencing at Agreement execution and continuing until December 31, 2021, with FDOT's participation up to the maximum of $748,937.00.
