The Finance Department business is submitted to request approval and ratification by the Board for various warrants and disbursements in order to meet the requirements of Ch. 136.06 (1), Fl Statute. Acceptance and disposal of various Board property and various documents are submitted for the Board's information. At times, approval is requested for various finance related issues.

8.Approval of Impact Fee Credit Agreement for Road Impact Fees for Eagle Harbor Joint Venture (The Crossings Development of Regional Impact (DRI))
Approval of an impact fee credit agreement for the benefit of Eagle Harbor Joint Venture, the developer of The Crossings DRI. State law requires that DRIs receive impact fee credit for transportation required by the DRI development order. Eagle Harbor is not anticipated to use the majority of its credit because the DRI is almost built out.
9.Bid #18/19-39, Roll Off Container Service
Approval to post notice of intent and award Bid #18/19-39, Roll Off Container Service to United Site Services of Florida, LLC at the unit costs submitted and further approval of the associated Agreement.  The term of the agreement is three (3) years.  Approval will be effective after 72 hour period for protest has expired.  Bid submittals are available in the Purchasing Department for review.  Funding Source: 401-3802-534600 (Solid Waste Fund / Environmental Service / Temp Labor-Bill-Coll-Mgmt)

14.Discussion regarding creation of government consortium board consisting of Duval, Baker, Clay, Nassau, and St. Johns counties in connection with veterans’ suicide prevention
15.Veteran-led Pledge of Allegiance Program
The program provides the opportunity for a local veteran to volunteer to lead the Pledge of Allegiance at each regular Commission meeting. At each meeting for which a veteran has agreed to participate, the Chair will call the veteran to the front of the dais, introduce the veteran, and request the veteran to lead the Pledge. See attached documents.
16.Insurance Renewals
Approval of the County's Agent of Record (Brown & Brown) recommendations for the procurement of insurance for the fiscal year 2019-2020.
17.Alcoholic Beverage Permit for Ham Jam Charities
Ham Jam Charities is requesting approval of their application for an Alcoholic Beverage Permit to allow the consumption of beer and wine at the Ham Jam Event to be held at the Clay County Fairgrounds on 17-20 October 2019. The organization has met the conditions for issuance and is awaiting the Boards approval. (J. Householder)
18.Employee Benefits Insurance

Accept the County's Agent of Record recommendation for employee benefits insurance as follows:
