8.Approval of Interlocal Agreement Regarding Veterans' Suicide Prevention: Northeast Florida Fire Watch Council
Agreement among Duval, Baker, Clay, Nassau, and St. Johns counties to create a government consortium board to collaborate regarding the prevention of suicide among military veterans living in Northeast Florida.
9.Resolution of the School Board of Clay County, Florida, calling for a referendum election to be held at the General Election on November 3, 2020, to determine if the electors in the School District of Clay County, Florida, approve the levy by the School Board of Clay County of a one-half cent per dollar sales surtax
NEW BUSINESS
10.Historic Preservation Board regarding Fort San Francisco de Pupa
Presentation regarding preservation of the site of Fort San Francisco de Pupo by public acquisition. The HPB requests the BCC's assistance to seek state funds to preserve the site.
11.Clay County Health Department FY2019/2020 Operation Agreement
Approval of the Fiscal Year 2019/2020 Agreement with the State of Florida, Department of Health, for the operation of the Clay County Health Department, for the term of 10/1/19 - 9/30/20, in an amount not to exceed $842,862.00 plus other contributions totaling $82,000.00. Funding Source: 001-0108-Various (General Fund - Health Dept - Various) (K. Thomas)
12.Discussion regarding a County Ordinance providing for protective measures and registration requirements related to Sexual Predators and Sexual Offenders
13.BFC Partnership, Limited Proposal to acquire County land located near intersection of Old Jennings Road and Blanding Boulevard
BFC proposes to acquire certain real property from the County and seeks approval of its proposal as well as approval for the Board to proceed with a sale of the property pursuant to section 125.35(2), Florida Statutes

15.Approval of Impact Fee Credit Agreement for Road Impace Fees for Armstrong Community Development District
Approval of an impact fee credit agreement for the benefit of Armstrong Community Development District.  The CDD donated the right of way for the new road known as the Tynes Boulevard Extension and is entitled to credit against the imposition of road impact fees under the Clay County Road Impact Fee Ordinance.
