Approval of FY 2019 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) - Local Solicitation Award from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) in the amount of $35,100.00. Grant funds will be used by the Clay County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) for technological enhancements for the Clay Community Connects (C3) Program and travel expenditures to attend a conference on converting to the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS). This amendment is to reallocate budgets between CCSO divisions and establish a new Building Maintenance Division in the Sheriff MSTU Fund.
