15.Acceptance of Resignation from the Planning Commission - Brenda Kicsak
Brenda Kicsak submitted a letter of resignation from her District 3 Seat on the Planning Commission effective December 3, 2019.  Ms. Kicsak's term was to expire on January 1, 2020.
16.Acceptance of Resignation of William Tyrie, Seat 9, Lake Asbury Municipal Service Benefit District and Request to Appoint Melody Pickens to Fill the Vacancy
William Tyrie, Seat 9, resigned December 16, 2019.  At the LAMSBD December 9th meeting, the Board approved and recommended that Melody Pickens replace Mr. Tyrie.  Mr. Tyrie's Seat was to expire in 2020 and Ms. Pickens will continue to fill the Seat and run for election of the Seat in 2020.
17.Discussion of Appointment to the Clay County Utility Authority Board

At the Board's September 10, 2019 meeting the Board accepted the resignation of Russell Buck as Seat #2 member of the Clay County Utility Authority.  At that same time the Board appointed Tina Clary to fill the vacancy.  Ms. Clary has since notified staff that she must decline the appointment.  

 

Darin Roark has submitted an application to fill the Seat #2 vacancy which will be retroactive from 09-30-19 thru 09-30-20.
