Discussion regarding evaluation of RFP #19/20-20, Tourism Department Sports Marketing and Sales. The bid solicitation was sent to fifteen companies with only one response from Airstream Ventures at a cost of $66,000 annually.

Evaluation Scoring:

1.  Airstream Ventures = 52.33
