The CCSO must submit one signed set of these documents with application. All applications are created and submitted on-line and the grant application deadline is March 11, 2020. Funding Sources: Fine & Forfeiture and Sheriff MSTU Funds (E. Gann/D. Barnes) | | | 12. | CCSO Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Contract | | | | Approval of the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Contract for roof replacement of the Clay County Sheriff's Office's (CCSO) Orange Park Substation at 212 Blanding Boulevard, Middleburg, Florida. The project will be funded on the condition that the CCSO also purchases storm shutters for each opening of the building. Based on quotes received, the project was estimated to cost $471,025, with a Federal Share of 75% ($353,268.75) and a Local Share of 25% ($117,756.25).
