VIDEO12.RFP #19/20-7, Tourism Department Advertising Agency of Record.

Approval to accept staff's ranking of RFP #19/20-7, Tourism Department Advertising Agency of Record, and award to the number one ranked firm, Evok Advertising, at a cost of $168,298.40 for year one.  The bid will remain in effect for three years. Approval will be effective after 72 hour period for protest has expired.

VIDEO13.Amendment to the Mission Critical Partners, LLC Agreement #2019/2020-81

Approval of the amendment to Agreement #2019/2020-81 with Mission Critical Partners, LLC, for emergency communications center consulting services, amending the scope of work, with the original term remaining at 180 days, and a $28,850.00 price increase for a total agreement amount of $112,147.00.  Additional request to waive the purchasing policy as the amended scope of services was not contemplated in the original scope of the RFP or the bid submittal.  However, the Plans are necessary and the recommendation is being made to utilize this vendor due to the fact that Mission Critical has invested time in the study that will be beneficial and will potentially save time and money on the Consolidation and COOP Plans.
