Approval of Cares Act Funding Agreement with the Division of Emergency Management in the amount of $9,564,446.00. Additional approval of unanticipated Budget Resolution. Congress passed and President Donald J. Trump signed the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act, which established a new Coronavirus Relief Fund allocated to governments in states, territories, and tribal areas to address necessary expenditures incurred due to the COVID-19 public health emergency. This is the initial disbursement of the 25% of the total amount allocated to the County. (T. Nagle)

Approval to accept Staff's ranking of RFP #19/20-36, Develop a Mobility Plan and Convert an Impact Fee to a Mobility Fee, and award to the number one ranked firm, Gannett Fleming, Inc. at a cost of $121,951.00. Additional approval of Agreement with Gannett Fleming, Inc. and budget transfer from Unincorporated Municipal Services MSTU Fund Reserves for Contingency in the amount of $44,000.00 for this project is requested. Approval will be effective after the 72 hour period for protest has expired.

Marci Larson, North Florida Transportation Planning Organization, is requesting the appointment of Travis Christensen to serve in the vacant At-Large position previously held by Richard Darby who resigned in December of 2019.  Ms. Larson stated that Mr. Christensen has attended two CAC meetings virtually to see firsthand what's involved and recommends the Board's consideration of appointment.
