The Housing Finance Authority (CCHFA) of Clay County was created to provide safe, sanitary, and decent housing; to encourage investment by private enterprise; and to stimulate construction and rehabilitation of housing through the use of public funds. When the market is favorable, the HFA may obtain funds through the issuance of bonds at relatively low interest rates. These bonds are eligible to Clay County citizens of low to moderate income at reasonable mortgage loan interest rates. The HFA meets on the third Thursday of the month at 9:00 a.m. on the fourth floor of the Clay County Administration Building, 477 Houston Street, Green Cove Springs, FL, 32043.
Each term is for four years.
