BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

The Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) has notified the Clay County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) that there is leftover funding available in its EMPA grant program. 

The BCC is waiting to receive an amendment from FDEM to increase its EMPA grant award by approximately $44,332. FDEM anticipates that the amendment can be drafted and provided to the BCC by Friday, 9/3/21. FDEM requests that funding be spent by 9/30/21.
