SUBJECT: Approval of the Clay County Public Library System Annual Plan of Service for the State Aid to Libraries Grant Application with the State of Florida, Department of State, Division of Library and Information Services for FY25/26 which was approved for submittal by the board at its October 14, 2025 meeting.  The Annual Plan of Service was submitted with the application however staff was notified that the State now requires the document be signed by the governing body no later than June 29, 2026.
