| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | | Staff has had several inquiries from the public about the possibility of building "tiny houses" in the County. The Land Development Code requires a minimum living area of 750 square feet in all zoning districts except PUD. Staff recommends that the LDC be amended to allow such dwelling units in AG and AR zoning districts. |
