SUBJECT: Consider amending parcels 07-04-26-012920-000-00, 07-04-26-012921-000-00, 07-04-26-012942-000-00, and 07-04-26-012943-000-00 in Foxwood Unit 1 Subdivision, from Commercial to Urban Core.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The subject parcels were developed as single-family detached residential homes in the late 60's and early 70's.  At some undetermined time these 4 lots were mapped as Commercial and zoned BA.  Staff recommends the land use be amended to Urban Core, consistent with the designation of the other lots in the subdivision, and will also initiate a zoning amendment to RA for consideration in October.
