BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On January 17, 1997 the Clay County SHIP Program made a loan to Shelley Renee Rinehart in the amount of $5,000.00 funded through the First Time Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program.  This was made as a due on sale mortgage.  These funds have been repaid to the county in full.  The homeowner is released from her obligation.
