An area of isolated unsuitable material was discovered while excavating the retention pond. This material was located outside of the original soil boring locations. This Supplemental Agreement will provide the necessary compensation to the contractor for expenses incurred for the removal of the unsuitable material. This Supplemental Agreement will close out the project as the project has been completed.
