(A) Certificate of Participation form, and,
(B) Board of County Commissioners letter for 51% consensus.

| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) distributes funds form the Department of Justice in accordance with the JAG Countywide distribution provisions of Chapter 11 D-9, Florida Administrative Code. FDLE has allocated $58,988 in funds. The Clay County Sheriff's Office uses the funds to assist with overtime for the Drug Task Force. |
