| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | The applicant is requesting a change in zoning from PS-1 (private service) to RB (single Family) for uses permitted within an area consisting primarily of single family homes. The property was originally part of a 22.4 acre mixed use planned unit development known as Little Black Creek that was approved in 2005. The parcel in question was the residential component of the PUD, which was approved for up to 55 single family lots. Due to inactivity of the PUD, the entitlements expired and the property was converted back to AR (agriculture residential). In 2008, the subject property was marketed to a church and was subsequently rezoned to PS-1 to accommodate the church use. The church was never constructed and the applicant is seeking to regain previously approved singly family entitlements. |
